VizLore Labs Foundation and Mihajlo Pupin Institute

Join Forces on the Innovative aiSpectra Project

VizLore Labs Foundation and Mihajlo Pupin Institute “Computer Systems” have signed a Consortium Agreement to develop aiSpectra, an advanced AI-powered portable spectrometry solution. This collaboration builds upon VizLore’s expertise gained during the European H2020 project PhasmaFOOD.

The aiSpectra project aims to develop and commercialize a solution for material analysis comprising portable spectrometry device and robust AI framework for classification and decision making. VizLore Labs leads development and integration of the cloud infrastructure and AI decision support services, while Mihajlo Pupin Institute focuses on developing the embedded system as well as device electronics, optical and mechanical subsystems.

This partnership lays the foundation for a revolution in portable spectrometry, enabling rapid and precise analysis with applications in the food industry, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and other fields. The agreement ensures equal ownership of intellectual property and a joint commercialization strategy.

The aiSpectra project merges cutting-edge hardware with powerful AI, creating a new generation of accessible material analysis tools. This collaboration highlights the potential of Serbian science and technology on a global scale.

More information about the project will soon be available through VizLore Labs’ and Mihajlo Pupin Institute’s official channels.
